Policy Overview
CTK Healthcare values student feedback. We maintain a fair and confidential process to resolve grievances in a timely manner.

How to Submit a Grievance:

  1. Speak with the instructor or department head (informal resolution)
  2. Submit a written grievance using our [Grievance Form] (PDF or embedded form)
  3. Review by School Director within 7 business days
  4. Follow-up communication and resolution documentation
